Intelligent Cutting Head for Fiber Laser Cutter

Your cutting head is one of the most important component of a good quality fiber laser cutter. We use the highly intelligent BLT cutting head for most of our fiber laser cutters. The cutting head and laser CAM are manufactured under the sme roof, which makes the machine more fluid and efficient. The cutting head integrates multiple sets of intelligent sensors inside the cutting head to provide real-time closed-loop intelligent monitoring, rapid diagnosis, and even informs about consumable contamination. This is all breakthrough technology in fiber laser cutting.

Obstacle Avoidance (anti-collision design)

Our intelligent BLT head also has mechanical obstacle avoidance. Collisions are detected by protective screws, and protect head from damage. You just need to replace the screws. Other cutting head doesn't have this function. 

2. Lens combination drawer design

Easy for users to replace lens by self,to save time to ship it back to suppliers.

3. Gas pressure calibration

Hytek BLT head has gas pressure calibration function. Real-time monitoring of gas flow output during the cutting process, which can reduce bad cuts significantly. The competition cutting heads do not have this function.

4. Protective lens pollution inspection (Contamination Temperature Monitoring)

Protective lens are a popular consumable for fiber lasers, meaning replacements are needed every 30-50 hours of operation time.

When it's broken or polluted, if you continues to cut, it will damage the laser machine.

However, this cutting head has pollution inspection function to warn you of contamination or failure. It significantly can reduce the machine failure or down time. Most other cutting heads don't have this function.
